At Plantaform, we want you to grow with confidence and offer a 30-day return window for all indoor gardening systems and accessories. If your smart garden doesn't perfectly fit your home or lifestyle, we are here to ensure a smooth and easy return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully clean your Plantaform unit and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all power adapters, grow lights, and unused seed kits.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
