We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do your indoor plants come with a health guarantee?
Yes, all our live plants are covered by a 14-day 'Stay Green' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first two weeks, we will replace it free of charge.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm.
Are your products sustainably sourced?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
